I am so glad to notice this wonderful and sustainable project in the UK. As I come from Hong Kong, we have some similar programs locally. But not so organized as “Food from the sky”. You know Hong Kong is so crowded with high skyers, and we are the most wasteful area in the world. I think it will be very good if “Food from the Sky” can develop in Hong Kong.
