Heritage food back in Supermarket!

Endangered fruits and vegetables are slowly coming to the supermarket below. Today’s harvest has 5 different ‘dissapearing’ species, colourful, varied and so full of flavour, now on the shelves of Thornton’s Budgens, a flavour of the future.

We are working with the Heritage Seed Library to bring back Heritage food back into Life before it is to late. We are intending to increase our Heritage harvest for next year by 1o fold.
